Shipping

I currently ship to the United Kingdom.

Current turn around time on items is 1-3 business days.

Items are shipping First Class Tracked via Royal Mail.

International shipping is not currently available through the website, but can be done via etsy. I am hoping to add international shipping in the future!

Returns

Physical Items

If you no longer want an item, you have 14 days from receiving the item to get a refund.

You must then return the item within 14 days of requesting the refund. Please get in touch via the contact form or via mortphilippa@gmail.com.

If an item is faulty, please get in touch via the contact form or via mortphilippa@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the item for a replacement or refund.

Digital Downloads

You have 14 days to request a return on undownloaded digital items such as PDFs.

However, by downloading the digital item you consent to waive your right to the 14 day ‘cooling off period.’

Commisions
